D-Link Announces To Transfer Alpha Networks' Shares To Quanta Computer

D-Link Corporation today announces that it will transfer 42.5mln shares of Alpha Networks' shares to Quanta Computer Inc. on March 15, 2004. This equals to 17% of the total outstanding shares of Alpha Networks, at the price of NT$ 25 per share with the total transaction valued at NT$ 1,062.5mln.
