D-Link Ended It's Share Repurchase Period

Thisis the second time that D-Link executed share repurchase program, from Oct. 21, 2002 to Dec. 19, 2002, with the monetary ceiling of NT$ 4,399,966,000, and the maximum of 25,800,000 shares.
