D-Link Announced Share Buyback For The Sixth Time

On August 12th, 2004, D-Link's Board Meeting resolved to repurchase company's own shares. This is the sixth time that D-Link executes share repurchase program, and the second time of this year. The execution period is from August 13, 2004 to October 12, 2004, up to 25,000,000 shares, and within the share price range from NT$ 23.3 to NT$ 42.
